However, since the data we collect is directly linked to business operations, including sales and stock management, we kindly ask that only authorized individuals from your business make this request. We may ask for a certified letter to make sure you are authorized to request a data deletion.

If you wish to delete your business account and all associated data, please contact us directly by sending an email to support@itajir.com or reach out through our support channels shown in the app. Make sure to include the following information in your request:

• Your business name and identification details
• The account(s) that you wish to delete
• Your reason for the deletion request

Once your request is received, our team will review it and guide you through the next steps. Please note that we cannot remove certain data as it is required by law, particularly sales invoices, which must be kept in compliance with ZATCA (Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority) regulations. These records are necessary for tax reporting and regulatory compliance, and as such, they cannot be deleted upon request.
